Welcome to Inner Journey Counseling and Consulting
Individual Therapy
At Inner Journey Counseling and Consulting, we offer individual therapy sessions for those looking to explore their inner selves and work on personal growth. Our Licensed Professional Counseling Associate provides a safe and confidential virtual or in person space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions.
Couples Therapy
Our couples therapy sessions are designed to help partners improve communication, strengthen emotional bonds, and work through conflicts. Our virtual or in person sessions provide a comfortable and safe space for couples to explore their relationship dynamics and work towards a healthier, happier partnership.
Walk & Talk Therapy
Walk and Talk Therapy is a unique form of counseling that combines movement and traditional session work. During a session, a Licensed Counseling Associate will guide clients through a walk while discussing their challenges and helping them gain clarity. The combination of movement and talk therapy can provide powerful insight and help clients to look at their challenges from new perspectives. This service is subject to weather, location, and time constraints.
Couples Intensives
Inner Journey Counseling and Consulting is now offering four hour intensive sessions to couples who are looking to make changes quickly and experience immediate improvement in their relationship. The intensive program utilizes the Gottman Method and is lead by a Gottman trained and informed counselor.
